5dolls’ Hyoyoung, former T-ara member Hwayoung’s twin sister, is confirmed for new drama “School.” According to a representative of the production team, “Ryu Hyoyoung recently confirmed her participation in new Monday-Tuesday KBS drama ‘School.’” She will be appearing as a student, but a specific role has yet to be decided.
This isn’t Hyoyoung’s first venture into acting. Back in 2010, she starred in KBS’s “Jung Fish 2″ as Jung Yumi, showing her potential as an actress. She’s also made a short appearance with fellow 5dolls members in MBC’s “The Greatest Love.”
Meanwhile, “School” will be co-directed by “Hometown Legends series’” Lee Min Hong and “Dream High 2′s” Lee Eung Bok.” The series also stars Jang Nara and Choi Daniel.
“School” will premiere on KBS this December once “Ulala Couple” makes its exit.
